Cooling zones

The cooling zone is a circulation cooling zone. Cooling zones are added to the plant solution when cooling of the workpieces is needed between the different processes.

Air is circulated at a high speed around the item resulting in an effective cooling process.

The cooling zone is built of insulated sections and covered with powder coated cassettes.

Circulation is established by circulation units placed in the top of the cooling zone, and the exhaust is made by the central exhaust system.

Controlling of the zone

The central control has following functions for the cooling zone:

• Start/stop of circulation units
• Start/stop of exhaust/injection
