ideal-line is divided in the following departments:

Administration
This department is the centre of the company. It serves all our other departments in writing letters, receiving and sending mail, booking travels, arranging visits by customers etc.

Sales department
The sales department and our agents collaborate in elaborating the correct concept for our customers. They accomplish meetings, reference visits and discussions with sub suppliers (e.g. powder and chemicals), and we will always strive for constructing the plant, which suits exactly to your requirements.

Project department
When the sale is executed, the case technically passes to the project manager. He and his staff will provide the customer, production and authorities etc. with all necessary drawings and information.
The project manager also oversees erection, education, commissioning and handing-over. Depending on plant, country and complexity etc. one or more project meetings will be held at ideal-line or at the customer. 

Financial department
This department handles all our financial affairs: Settlings, billings, payments, wages and salaries etc.

When we have sold a plant, it is mainly the financial and project departments, who are in contact with the customer; this means that most of our customers will get into contact with this department.

Production department
A production manager oversees this department and in collaboration with the project department he make sure that the plants are ready in time and in high quality. 
ideal-line is i.e. characterized in having a permanent and stable staff. This means high experience and knowledge in production, which ensures high delivery assurance.
